ZASA Inspection & Calibration
Vendor Inspection Department (VID):
The purpose of a vendor inspection, also called a third-party
inspection, is to verify that the products are made in accordance with
the client’s specifications and any relevant codes, standards, and
license requirements by visiting the vendor’s facilities.
Timely, high-quality, and safe completion of all kinds of construction
projects depends on thorough vendor inspections.
At the Manufacture, Vendor, or Sub-vendor’s premises, our approved
engineers conduct inspections at various points in the production and
manufacturing process, according to the Client’s requirements and the
ITP and procedures that were approved during the Pre-inspection
meeting.
Vendor Expediting Department (VED):
Expediting is a concept in project management and purchasing that
ensures the timely delivery of goods and components of high quality.
The procurement department or an external expert oversees the
manufacturing process at the supplier with respect to quality, packaging,
compliance with standards, and established deadlines. Consequently, the
expeditor guarantees that the goods are delivered at the designated
location in the agreed-upon quality on the designated date.
The expediting team at ZASA guarantees that the goods or products or
items you have purchased are delivered on the scheduled date, in the
agreed-upon quality, and at the agreed-upon location. ZASA employs a
network of professional expeditors, both internal and external, who
possess the necessary expertise.
The expediting team at ZASA assists you in the effective management
of your project, including the timely delivery of the necessary items,
conformity with standards, quality, quantity, and packing.
A distinctive inspection service that provides both field and desk
expediting services.
Project Inspection Department (PID):

constructing/manufacturing and receiving as manufactured and
then installed & commissioning.

Vendor Survey and Audit (VSA):
ZASA performs Supplier/Factory audits to determine whether the
supplier has the capacity to produce and deliver the agreed-upon
goods at the required quality (standards, norms), on time, and at
the correct location.
ZASA assesses a company’s existence, reputation, availability of
quality documents, facility reliability, production capacities, ISO
9001 certificates, quality management systems, production control
systems, employee work conditions, and environmental impact.
ZASA auditors visit factories and collect certificates and
documents to determine if suppliers meet your production capacity
and quality expectations. The supplier’s quality system is evaluated
to identify non-conformities and poor-quality products, allowing for
timely resolution.
NDT Inspection Services:
ZASA provides critical NDT solutions as well as full-scope NDT services to
contractors and businesses.
Nondestructive testing (NDT) is the process of examining, testing, or
Examining materials, components, or assemblies for discontinuities or
differences in properties without jeopardizing the part’s or system’s
serviceability. In other words, after the inspection or test is completed, the part
can still be used.
Modern nondestructive tests are now used in manufacturing, fabrication, and
in-service inspections to ensure product integrity and reliability, control
manufacturing processes, reduce production costs, and maintain a consistent
quality level. During construction, NDT is used to ensure the quality of materials
and joining processes during the fabrication and erection phases, and in-service
NDT inspections are used to ensure that the products in use maintain the
integrity required for their usefulness and public safety.
